About the Role
We are looking for a Production Support Engineer (L2/L3) with strong SQL and ETL expertise to support data-driven and platform-related applications. The role focuses on monitoring, incident management, root cause analysis, and ensuring platform stability and performance in a shift-based support environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for data and platform-related applications.
- Monitor application logs, alerts, platform stability, and system performance.
- Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and timely resolution of production issues.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement preventive actions.
- Support deployments, upgrades, patches, hotfixes, and release coordination activities.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in shift-based support, including weekends, as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, analysis, and validation.
- Working knowledge of ETL tools and data pipelines.
- Database experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
- Experience in log monitoring, alert management, and performance tracking.
- Proven experience in incident management and troubleshooting.
- Ability to perform effective Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Willingness to work in shift-based support, including weekends.
