Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  1. Manage operations and stability of environments, ensuring adherence to best practices and established procedures.
  2. Drive incident resolution during scheduled upgrade activities and tasks.
  3. Assist in continuous process and procedural improvements.
  4. Collaborate with management to support assigned projects and assist in incident investigation and resolution.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Support SaaS and component solutions by administering environments and addressing operational challenges.
  2. Work with web technologies like JBoss, Tomcat, Apache HTTP Server, and OpenAM, with additional exposure to Outsystems.
  3. Use relational database systems (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle) for system maintenance and troubleshooting.
  4. Utilize scripting/programming experience (Puppet, PowerShell, PERL, .NET, Python, UNIX Shell) to enhance operational efficiencies.
