Production Support Engineer

Role: L2/3 Support Engineer

Location: Hyderabad/Chennai/Bengaluru

Experience: 8+ Years

Domain: Asset Management, Wealth Management or Investment Banking

Requirements:

• 10+ years of IT experience, with minimum 5 years in L2.5 production support
• Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts and exposure to API management for system to-system data flows
• Exposure to scripting (Python/PLSQL) and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with SDLC processes, Git/Bitbucket, and test automation
• Manage incident response and resolution within SLAs, including 24x7 on-call rotation
