Role: L2/3 Support Engineer
Location: Hyderabad/Chennai/Bengaluru
Experience: 8+ Years
Domain: Asset Management, Wealth Management or Investment Banking
Requirements:
- 10+ years of IT experience, with minimum 5 years in L2.5 production support
- Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts and exposure to API management for system to-system data flows
- Exposure to scripting (Python/PLSQL) and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with SDLC processes, Git/Bitbucket, and test automation
- Manage incident response and resolution within SLAs, including 24x7 on-call rotation
