Responsibilities:
- ProvideL2/L3 application and production supportfor enterprise systems.
- Performincident, problem, and change managementfollowing ITIL processes.
- Monitor system performance and resolve production issues quickly.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for permanent fixes.
- Conductroot cause analysis (RCA)and prepare necessary documentation.
- Handle deployments, configuration changes, and environment maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and contribute to service improvement plans.
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong hands-on experience withJava,SQL, andUnix/Linuxenvironments.
- Experience withAutoSys,Control-M,Splunk, and related monitoring tools.
- Familiarity withapplication servers(WebLogic / Tomcat / JBoss).
- Knowledge ofETL processesandincident management toolslike ServiceNow / JIRA.
