Production Support  (AWS support) +Java springboot+SQL

Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities: Production Support & Incident Management

Provide L2/L3 production support for AWS-hosted Java Spring Boot applications and SQL-based services, ensuring high availability and performance.

Triage incidents, analyze symptoms, identify impact, and drive resolution within SLA timelines using structured troubleshooting approaches.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement preventive actions to reduce incident frequency. Application & Database Troubleshooting

Diagnose application issues using logs, stack traces, and runtime metrics coordinate fixes with engineering teams and validate outcomes.

Write and optimize SQL queries for investigation, data validation, and corrective actions while ensuring data integrity and minimal risk.

Support release activities by validating production readiness, monitoring post-deployment health, and rolling back/escalating when required. Operational Excellence

Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge articles to improve support efficiency and reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reliability gaps and recommend improvements in application behavior and supportability.

Participate in on-call rotations and provide clear, timely stakeholder communication during incidents and service restorations. Minimum Qualifications:

BTECH, MTECH, BCA, or MCA.

8â€10 years of experience in production support / application support for enterprise applications.

Strong hands-on experience with Java Spring and Spring Boot in troubleshooting and supporting production systems.

Strong SQL skills for investigation, reporting, and data validation in production environments.

Proven experience handling incidents, performing RCA, and driving issue resolution with cross-team collaboration.
