Hiring: Production Support Analyst (Dataiku | SQL | Python) | Pune | 2+ Years Experience
We are looking for a skilled Production Support Analyst with a strong background in Dataiku, SQL, and Python, and hands-on experience in production support environments.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 support for production applications and data platforms.
Monitor jobs, workflows, and data pipelines to ensure smooth operations.
Handle incident management, including triage, investigation, and resolution.
Work on ticketing systems, managing and resolving L1-L2 tickets within SLA.
Perform basic debugging using Python and validate data using SQL.
Analyze logs, identify root causes, and escalate when required.
Ensure proper documentation and communication during incidents.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Dataiku.
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
Working knowledge of Python for debugging and support tasks.
Experience in production support / operations support environments.
Solid understanding of incident management processes.
Experience handling L1-L2 support tickets in SLA-driven environments.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
