Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Support Analyst with 3+ years of experience to ensure the stability and performance of production systems. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and monitor production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and support production environments to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot production issues by analyzing logs, running SQL queries, and collaborating with relevant teams to identify root causes.
  • Write and execute SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
  • Perform data updates, inserts, and corrections in production with proper validation.
  • Utilize job management and task automation tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain and support job scheduling and monitoring tools to ensure timely execution of critical tasks.
  • Perform basic code-level checking and debugging to identify issues and support fixes.
  • Collaborate with developers, business users, and other stakeholders to resolve incidents efficiently.
  • Provide timely and clear communication regarding system status, issue resolution, and incident reports.
  • Support cloud-based services and applications within Microsoft Azure.
  • Participate in after-hours or on-call support when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Intermediate to high-level proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries, using joins, performing data manipulation (INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE), and handling data efficiently.
  • Familiarity with job management and task automation tools.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience with job scheduling and monitoring tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in shifts or provide after-hours support as needed.
