Production Supervisor

Role Description The Production Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Munipally, responsible for overseeing daily production activities and ensuring operational efficiency. This role includes planning and monitoring production schedules, coordinating resources, and maintaining safe and compliant working conditions in line with environmental standards. The Production Supervisor will lead and guide production teams, assign tasks, resolve issues that arise during operations, and ensure adherence to quality and safety procedures. The role also involves tracking production metrics, reporting on performance, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and communicating effectively with management and other departments to meet production targets.
Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and experience leading production teams.
• Proficiency in Production Planning and managing Production Schedules to meet targets.
• Knowledge of Production Management principles and day-to-day plant operations.
• Effective Communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and reporting to management.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial operations; exposure to waste management or environmental services is an advantage.
• Understanding of safety, quality, and environmental compliance standards relevant to production environments.
• Ability to analyze production data, solve operational problems, and support process improvements.
• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field is preferred.
