Production Supervisor

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Rajkot. The Production Supervisor will oversee production schedules, manage production planning, ensure that production processes run smoothly, supervise production staff, and maintain proper communication within the team and with other departments. The role also involves monitoring and evaluating the efficiency and quality of the production operations.

• Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to manage a team
• Experience in Production Schedules and Production Planning
• Excellent Communication skills
• Knowledge and experience in Production Management
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field
• Experience in the plastic extrusion industry is a plus
