Production Supervisor Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the production team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Ensure timely and efficient chemical production in line with quality and safety standards.
• Manage workforce allocation, monitor productivity, and address manpower-related issues.
• Analyze and reduce product rejections by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Plan and execute daily and shift production schedules to meet delivery targets.
• Monitor and control shop floor operations, ensuring adherence to process parameters and standard operating procedures.
