Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor based in Tumkur for herbal manufacturing and liposomes. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules, and managing production planning. This role includes supervising production staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient and safe operations. The individual will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination within the production process.

Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and motivate production staff.
Proficiency in managing Production Schedules and implementing effective Production Planning strategies.
Experience in Production Management, including oversight of daily operations and quality standards.
Excellent Communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and report production updates effectively.
Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and work collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or relevant fields is preferred.
Prior experience in the herbal extraction, nutraceutical, or related industries is advantageous.
