Role Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Ice Cream Supervisor to lead operations at our store. This role involves supervising daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing team morale, and upholding our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Service

• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist team members with customer interactions.
• Promptly address customer concerns in a professional manner.

Store Operations

• Open and close the store as per company guidelines.
• Deploy team members efficiently to meet business needs.
• Prepare various menu items such as cone batter, waffle cones, and ice cream-based dishes.

Team Leadership & Training

• Train, coach, and support team members to improve performance and product knowledge.
• Monitor and uplift team morale to maintain a positive work environment.

Hygiene, Safety & Compliance

• Conduct and record daily temperature checks to ensure food safety.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic store environment.
• Monitor and record daily waste to minimize loss and improve efficiency.
• Comply with all operational policies and food safety standards.

Brand Representation

• Maintain a clean, professional personal appearance in line with brand values.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior experience in food service or retail supervision is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges.
• Commitment to hygiene, safety, and excellent customer service.
• Only Ice-cream industry experience can considered
