- Operate and set up CNC machines, particularly DMG models such as CTX-Beta and NLX
- Perform programming, setting, and operating tasks independently
- Ensure machining is done as per the given drawing and quality standards
- Handle mill-turn 5-axis and mill 4-axis machines (experience will be an added advantage)
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on machines to ensure operational efficiency
- Optimize machining parameters for better productivity and tool life
- Maintain proper documentation and production reports
- Ensure safety and cleanliness in the work area
Educational Qualification:
- ITI in Machinist / Turner / Fitter or relevant trade
- OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) with relevant experience
