Production Incharge oversees daily manufacturing operations, ensuring that goods are produced safely, efficiently, and within quality standards. They act as a critical bridge between senior management and the floor team by managing schedules, supervising staff, and optimizing workflows to meet business objectives.Core responsibilities include:Production Planning & ExecutionScheduling: Develop daily or weekly production schedules to meet customer demand and sales targets.Resource Allocation: Manage labor, machinery, and raw materials to ensure continuous and cost-effective workflow.Workflow Adjustments: Monitor production lines and quickly resolve bottlenecks or delays to maintain project timelines.Quality Control & MaintenanceQuality Assurance: Enforce strict quality control standards to ensure products meet company and industry specifications.Equipment Maintenance: Organize routine inspections and schedule preventive maintenance on machinery to prevent unexpected breakdowns.Team Leadership & ManagementStaff Supervision: Manage floor personnel, delegate tasks, and ensure productivity goals are clearly communicated.Training & Development: Conduct training on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols for new and existing employees.Safety & ComplianceSafety Enforcement: Ensure a safe working environment by strictly enforcing health and safety regulations, such as the OSHA Guidelines.Compliance: Regularly inspect the facility to minimize workplace hazards and ensure regulatory compliance.Reporting & Process ImprovementData Tracking: Compile daily performance records, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and submit reports to senior management.Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement, such as reducing waste or lowering operational costs, and implement efficiency strategies.
