- Independently manage and achieve daily production targets as per the plan
- Coordinate effectively with technicians and production staff to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor production activities and ensure timely execution with minimal downtime
- Identify and resolve issues on the production floor to meet quality and quantity goals
- Maintain production logs, daily reports, and ensure compliance with internal SOPs
- Utilize computer systems for production planning, data entry, and reporting
- Ensure all safety measures and operational standards are followed during the production process
- Travel to different sites or locations when required using own two-wheeler
Educational Qualification:
- BE in Electrical Engineering is mandatory
Other Requirements:
- Must be computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office and production software
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and personal vehicle
