Production Supervisor

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor, based in Bengaluru. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, including managing production schedules, planning workflows, and ensuring adherence to operational targets. The role requires efficient team leadership, supervising staff, and maintaining high-quality production standards while optimizing processes.

• Proficiency in Supervisory Skills and Production Management to lead teams effectively and ensure optimal performance.
• Strong understanding of Production Schedules and Production Planning to meet deadlines and achieve operational goals.
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle challenges in a fast-paced production environment.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field is highly desirable.
• Educational background in operations management, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
