Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

● Supervise and manage daily production operations to meet quality, cost, and delivery

targets.

● Plan, schedule, and allocate manpower, machines, and materials for smooth

production flow.

● Ensure adherence to production plans, minimize downtime, and optimize machine

utilization.

● Monitor process parameters and take corrective actions for deviations in output or

quality.

● Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing / 5S / Kaizen / TPM initiatives.

● Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Planning teams for timely issue resolution.

● Maintain detailed production reports, shift logs, and performance metrics.

● Lead a team of operators and technicians — ensuring skill development and motivation.

● Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and ISO standards.

● Support the Production Manager in continuous improvement and process

optimization projects.

Required Skills & Competencies:

● Strong knowledge of production processes, machine handling, and process

improvement techniques.

● Experience in assembly, metal finishing, press shop, or component manufacturing

preferred.

● Good understanding of quality tools (SPC, 7QC, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, etc.)

● Hands-on experience with MS Office, ERP/MRP systems, and production reporting.

● Strong leadership, analytical, and team management skills.

● Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Working Days:

6 Days a Week (General / Shift Basis)
