About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Production Supervisor to assist in managing shop-floor operations. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor Daily Production Activities: Oversee daily operations on the shop floor to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.

Ensure Targets & Quality Compliance: Drive shift-wise production targets while maintaining quality standards; identify and report any deviations promptly.

Handle Manpower on Shop Floor: Supervise and coordinate line workers; ensure proper allocation of tasks and maintain discipline during shifts.

Report to Production Manager: Provide regular updates on production status, challenges, and performance metrics to the Production Manager.

Requirements

01 year of experience (freshers welcome)

Comfortable working in 12-hour shifts

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes; strong willingness to learn
