Production Planning & Execution
- Supervise daily production activities to meet output targets
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
- Monitor production schedules and coordinate with Maintenance, QA, and Stores
Quality & Compliance
- Implement and follow SOPs, GMP, 5S, and safety standards
- Ensure compliance with quality parameters and customer specifications
- Identify production deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions
Monitoring & Reporting
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and downtime analysis
- Support productivity improvement and cost optimization initiatives
Team Management
- Train and guide operators and helpers
- Handle shift operations and manpower allocation
