Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Incharge Panel Boards. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, managing the panel assembly team, ensuring timely completion of panel board manufacturing, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with design, stores, and testing departments. The role includes production planning, workflow supervision, and ensuring safety compliance across all operations.

Qualifications

• Production Planning and Management skills to oversee workflow, schedules, and resource allocation effectively
• Strong Supervisory Skills to lead teams and ensure adherence to processes and standards
• Proficiency in Communication to collaborate with team members and other departments efficiently
• Ability to handle Production Processes, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
• Relevant experience in electrical panels production is must
• Understanding of quality and safety standards in manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, or a related field, is preferred
