Job Summary:

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations, manpower management, quality compliance, and achievement of production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Operations
- Supervise daily production activities and shop floor operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per production planning.
- Monitor machine utilization, productivity, and efficiency.
- Minimize downtime and production losses.
- Manpower Management
- Allocate work among operators and production staff.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and shift performance.
- Train and guide employees on production processes and safety practices.
- Maintain workforce productivity and morale.
- Quality Control
- Ensure products are manufactured as per quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Quality Department to resolve quality issues.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce rejections.
- Safety & Housekeeping
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain proper housekeeping on the shop floor.
- Promote a safe and healthy working environment.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily production reports and shift handover reports.
- Maintain production records and performance data.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Stores departments for smooth operations.
