Production Supervisor CNC

The idea candidate will oversee safe and proper manufacturing of the company's products. In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day to day operations of the company, and coordinating a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced.

Role & Responsibility

• Supervise, assign, and monitor the daily work of CNC and conventional machine operators, including CNC Turning, Cutting Machines, Conventional Lathe, and Drilling Machines.
• Ensure smooth and efficient production operations while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards.
• Possess a working awareness of machine setting, Fanuc CNC controls, and basic program editing.
• Read, interpret, and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and machining requirements.
• Monitor production activities and maintain accurate production-related records and documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with Design, Quality Control (QC), Stores, and other departments to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
• Support troubleshooting and resolve day-to-day machining and production-related issues.
• Ensure operators follow the required process, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Maintain flexibility to work in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts as per production requirements.
