Responsibilities include:Supervising manufacturing activities and workforce.Monitoring production schedules and workflows.Ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.Coordinating with design and logistics teams to ensure smooth production.
Additional Information:Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or Production Management.3–5 years of experience in manufacturing supervision.Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of prefab or cabin manufacturing is a plus.
