Job Location : Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh
Responsibilities
- Identify manufacturing needs for new products in development.
- Ensure the cost-effective integration of new products or for the improvement of existing ones into manufacturing operations.
- Supervise the shop floor activities closely and achieve the set targets.
- Design fixtures and tooling for assembly tasks.
- Generating production documentation for ISO requirements.
- Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and work instructions.
- Support the tender process for components to ensure the best quality for best price.
- Developing the vendor for outsourcing needs in production house and arrange those materials on time.
- Improve manufacturing efficiency by analysing and planning work flow and removing waste from the processes.
- Plan and organise maintenance of machines, tools and respond to breakdowns.
- Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process Improvement activities.
- Investigate production and process issues providing technical support and Training.

Qualification: Diploma/ B.Tech In Mechanical
