Job Description

  • Supervise and manage production activities related to PU coating processes.
  • Maintain production records and coordinate with Quality and Stores departments
  • Handle and allocate manpower efficiently to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity of shop floor workers.
  • Conduct inward material inspection to verify quality and specifications before production.
  • Carry out in-process job inspection to ensure coating quality, thickness, and adherence to standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company production procedures.
