Job Overview: Production Shift Incharge

  • Key Responsibilities & Skills:
    • Technical: CNC, VMC, HMC, and SPM settings, programming, and offset changes.
    • Management: Manpower handling and troubleshooting.
    • Systems: Knowledge of 5S and Quality Systems.
  • Education: Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 4 to 6 years.
  • Location: Wai - Satara (Maharashtra, India).
  • Vacancies: 4 positions available.
Employment Terms

  • Duty Hours: 12 hours per shift.
  • Shifts: Rotational (Day and Night).
  • Salary Scale: ₹40,000 to ₹45,000 per month (which equals ₹4.8 LPA to ₹5.4 LPA).
