Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Shift Incharge located in Nashik.
The Production Shift Incharge will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations during assigned shifts, ensuring that production targets and quality standards are met.
Key responsibilities include monitoring the production process, managing a team of workers, ensuring equipment maintenance, and adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
The role also involves maintaining production records, addressing operational challenges, and collaborating with other departments to optimize efficiency.
Qualifications
- BTech ( Food Tech )
- SAP S4 HANA
- Proficient in production processes and operations management, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of quality control, safety regulations, and hygiene standards in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Team management and leadership abilities to supervise and motivate workforce effectively during shifts.
- Strong communication and reporting skills for coordinating with teams and documenting production performance.
- Analytical and process optimization skills to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Previous experience in the food manufacturing industry, particularly in similar roles, is an advantage.
