Production Service Developer 3

This position is primarily focused on supporting the organization's rapidly expanding technology landscape, improve end-to-end efficiency, and accelerate automation initiatives. The Senior Tech Architect role is essential to streamline processes, reduce operational overhead, and strengthen architectural foundations that enable scalable, reliable, and cost-effective product delivery. This role also focuses on implementing, monitoring, and maintaining security tools, procedures, and compliance standards across various systems. Proactively identify vulnerabilities, respond to incidents, and support projects that enhance the organization's overall security posture.

Preferred Qualification:

• At least 6 years total combined higher education and related work experience including Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent, relevant work experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in automation, infrastructure engineering, or platform engineering roles with overall 6+ years of Experience in DevOps or Tech Architect role.

• Advanced proficiency in automation and configuration management tools such as Chef, Ansible, or similar platforms.

• Strong expertise in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Shell) with the ability to build scalable, reusable automation modules.

• Proven ability to define automation standards, drive adoption, and mentor engineering teams on best practices.

• Strong problem-solving skills with experience conducting root-cause analysis and implementing long-term automation solutions.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive architectural decisions.

We are seeking a Senior Tech Architect with strong expertise in infrastructure automation and hands-on experience designing, building, and optimizing automated systems. The ideal candidate will have deep proficiency in automation frameworks, scripting languages, and orchestration tools (such as Chef, Python, and PowerShell). This role will focus on developing scalable automation solutions that enhance system efficiency, standardize operations, and minimize manual intervention across the technology landscape. Some of the critical responsibilities of this Senior Tech Architect role will include:

• Design and implement end-to-end infrastructure automation solutions to support scalable and reliable system operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, etc.)
• Strong proficiency in automation frameworks, scripting languages, and orchestration tools (Chef, Python, PS)
• Expertise in process mapping, gap analysis, and optimization methodologies (Lean, Value Stream Mapping, etc.)
• Track, report, and assist in remediation of identified vulnerabilities based on criticality and risk.
• Manage change and project activities in collaboration with stakeholders across engineering and product teams.
• Complete assigned incident and problem management tasks, including root cause analysis and remediation
