This is a full-time, on-site Production & R&D Manager role located in Ghaziabad. The Production & R&D Manager will oversee and coordinate the development, production, and quality control of hair care, skincare, derma, and home care products. Daily tasks include developing and testing formulations, managing manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product innovation and improvement.

• Experience in formulating and developing hair care, skincare, and home care products
• Knowledge of quality control, safety, and compliance standards
• Strong project management and team leadership skills
• Ability to manage manufacturing processes, including overseeing production schedules and ensuring efficiency
• Proficiency in research and development, testing, and improving product formulations
• Background in chemical engineering, formulation science, or a related field is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to innovation
