About the Role

We are looking for a Production & Quality Analyst to work at the intersection of manufacturing operations, quality processes, and enterprise systems. This role will play a critical part in strengthening production discipline, quality governance, and data accuracy on the shop floor, while also being deeply involved in our SAP implementation journey from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with production and quality teams to understand and document manufacturing and quality workflows.

Support day-to-day production tracking, quality checks, and issue resolution at the factory locations.

Ensure accurate capture of production, batch, and quality-related data in SAP.

Act as a bridge between shop-floor operations and technology teams during SAP implementation.

Participate in solutioning, testing, validation, and user adoption activities for SAP PP and QM modules.

Support continuous improvement initiatives across yield, wastage, compliance, and traceability.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience working with a consumer-focused brand/company.

Experience in the packaged food industry is a strong plus, but not mandatory.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (engineering, science, commerce, or equivalent).

Exposure to production planning, quality assurance, or manufacturing operations.

Prior experience with SAP PP and/or SAP QM is a big plus, but not mandatory.

Willingness to work from the office and travel to Bhiwandi 23 days a week.

Ability to liaise between the operations and technology teams.
