Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Production / Plant Manager to oversee manufacturing operations in the sheet metal and fabrication industry. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, manpower management, quality control, process improvement, and achieving production targets while ensuring safety and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements:

- 10–15 years of experience in Sheet Metal & Fabrication manufacturing.

- Strong knowledge of production planning, plant operations, and process optimization.

- Experience in handling manpower, machine utilization, and productivity improvement.

- Good understanding of quality systems, safety standards, and cost control.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
