Designation – Manager – Production Planning

Location – Gandhinagar

About the Role

We need a qualified Production Planning Manager to organize output in accordance with demand and industry best practices. You will be responsible for ensuring that our goods are produced on schedule and planned as per the standard SLA

Job Responsibilities:

• Should handle and lead tasks pertaining to production planning and control.
• Implementation of internal plans to ensure timely accomplishment of production targets and manufacturing.
• Preparing and maintaining entire production-related reports and timely submission.
• Able to implement effective techniques to bring efficiency in operation to improve the quality of the product.
• Undertaking resource planning for optimising effective utilisation.
• Handle various processes/applications and recommend process modification.
• Must handle Interdepartmental communication for smoother run
• Day to day communication with design, B2B,Production team for daily issues and SBD confirmation
• To plan B2B and FBA order execution and tracking
• For monthly shipping analysis as per the orders shipped
• Tracker and Major report preparation for inhouse and Local vendor products
• Day to day communication with design team in case of file issues

What we require (Desired Skills and abilities)

Skills:

• Must have knowledge of Basic/Advance excel.
• Analytical thinking by understanding patterns
• Understanding of SCM concepts is must
• Should be go getter, hustler and task master
• Outstanding understanding of product strategy and quality assurance principles
• Demonstrable background as a manager of production planning
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Working familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems is required
• A clear demonstration of sophisticated production scheduling abilities is required
• Capability to distill complex supply chain principles into simple terms

Experience:

• 8-10 Years

Educational Certifications:

• Graduate or postgraduate
