Stanfab Apparels is looking for an experienced Head of PPC to drive production scheduling, capacity planning, line balancing, and lean manufacturing processes across our plant operations in Chennai.

• Master Production Scheduling (MPS): Drive end-to-end plant scheduling, capacity planning, and order flow to ensure high On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery.
• Industrial Engineering Integration: Apply core IE principles—Method Study, Time Study, Value Stream Mapping, Line Balancing, and TAKT time alignment—to maximize daily SAM/SMV target achievement and OEE.
• Material & Inventory Control: Coordinate Material Requirements Planning (MRP), raw material, and WIP flow to prevent line starvation while keeping holding costs lean.
• Process Optimization: Identify shop-floor bottlenecks, eliminate waste using Lean / 5S / Kaizen tools, and continuous productivity improvement.
• Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead plant planning teams while collaborating closely with Quality, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Plant Operations.
