Job Description:
B.E/B.Tech- Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with Min. 3 years of Experience mentioned below
- MIS / KPI report preparation & reporting to management on daily & monthly basis.
- Safety stock & Inventory management and optimization.
- Work on preparation of detailed plans for daily, weekly & monthly production cycles for internal & external assemblies.
- Plan & execute ERP activity which need to perform for production & material management.
- Raw Material Arrangement: Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the timely availability of raw materials to fulfill customer demand.
- Scheduling of customer orders : rescheduling the production plan in case of delivery urgency or improvement request by customer.
- Cross-functional coordination : Communication & coordination with inter departments (marketing, purchase, production & logistics) for smooth information.
- Regular monitoring of service level to meet KIP targets.
- Regular monitoring inventory level & optimization.
- Add tasks assigned by reporting head that must be performed.
- Good Communication & Presentation Skills.
