Role Description
Type: Full-time role for a
Position: Production Planning and Control Engineer,
Location: Bakrol, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Responsibilities:
- To develop efficient production processes, coordinate workflow, ensure optimal resource utilization, and analye operational data to enhance productivity
- Create production schedules, collaborate with various departments to meet project goals, and monitor performance to implement improvements
- Manage Manpower on the floor and Coordinate with Vendors
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Production Planning and general Planning processes
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to identify and resolve production challenges effectively
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders
- Background in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in data analysis and process optimization tools is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site production environment and manage multiple projects efficiently
