Production Planning Control Manager

CTC: 6–9 LPA

Experience: 5–7 years, including 2–3 years in Production Planning & Control

We are looking for an experienced Production Planning & Control (PPC) professional to join our manufacturing team and drive production efficiency, inventory optimisation, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage production plans and schedules based on customer demand and sales forecasts.
• Coordinate with production, sales, procurement, and supply chain teams.
• Monitor production progress and revise schedules to meet changing requirements.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Manage inventory levels and minimise shortages, excess stock, and production delays.
• Analyse production performance and inventory metrics, and prepare regular MIS reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced resource utilisation.
• Work with ERP systems such as SAP or Zoho.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering preferred.
• 5–7 years of overall experience, with 2–3 years in Production Planning & Control.
• Good knowledge of production processes, inventory management, supply chain, and lean manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP and production planning software.
• Basic knowledge of product costing.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
