Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- MBA/Operations would be an added advantage
Key Requirements
- Strong experience in the Electrical Panel Industry or project-oriented manufacturing setup
- Hands-on exposure to production planning, plant operations, project coordination, or manufacturing execution
- Good working knowledge of Oracle ERP
- Strong coordination skills with internal departments including:

- Planning
- Purchase
- Stores
- Quality
- Dispatch
- Projects
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and ensure timely execution
- Experience handling customer commitments, delivery schedules, and cross-functional follow-ups
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with all inter-departments for smooth project execution and manufacturing activities
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders/projects
- Ensure material availability through coordination with procurement and stores
- Track project timelines, bottlenecks, and delivery commitments
- Work closely with planning and production teams to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure ERP discipline and proper system updates in Oracle
- Support management with MIS reports, production status, and execution updates
- Drive process improvements and coordination efficiency across departments
- Handle customer escalation and internal execution challenges effectively
