Job Description

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales orders and delivery schedules.
Plan production sequence for AHU sections, including casing, insulation, coil assembly, fan assembly, and final assembly.
Coordinate with the Sales, Design, and Purchase departments to align production with order requirements.
Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Monitor and control shop floor activities to ensure production is executed as per plan.
Track progress of each AHU at different stages (fabrication, assembly, testing).
Identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions to avoid delays.
Ensure production targets are achieved within defined timelines.
Prepare and release Material Requirement Planning (MRP) based on BOM and drawings.
Coordinate with Stores and Purchase for availability of sheets, profiles, insulation, motors, fans, coils, filters, and accessories.
Ensure material availability to avoid line stoppage.
Control excess inventory and minimize material wastage.
Coordinate with the Engineering/Design department to obtain approved GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and BOMs.
Ensure latest versions of drawings are issued to the production floor.
Verify dimensions, specifications, and component details before production release.
Ensure production is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with the Quality team for in‑process inspections and final testing of AHUs.
Take corrective action for non‑conformities related to dimensions, panel cutting, or assembly errors.
Plan production completion as per committed dispatch dates.
Coordinate with Dispatch and Logistics for packing, loading, and shipment schedules.
Ensure proper documentation for dispatch readiness.
Maintain daily production reports, backlog status, and dispatch tracking sheets.
Prepare MIS reports related to production output, delays, and efficiency.
Update management on production status and critical issues.
