Job Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and monitor material movement throughout the production cycle to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Analyze production capacity, demand forecasts, and manufacturing performance.
- Coordinate with production supervisors to ensure adherence to production schedules.
- Monitor daily production targets and resolve manufacturing issues proactively.
- Collaborate with the materials team on material planning and inventory optimization.
- Utilize ERP systems to manage production planning and reporting activities.
- Apply analytical and statistical techniques to improve production efficiency.
- Maintain accurate production data and prepare reports for management decision-making.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce inventory.
