Production Planning and Control

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in alignment with customer orders and forecasted demand.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure material availability and efficient workflow
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines and avoid bottlenecks.
• Analyse capacity and resource requirements, identifying and resolving conflicts proactively.
• Generate reports on production status, output, and potential delays or issues.
• Work closely with quality assurance to ensure that production meets company standards.
• Continuously improve production planning processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Maintain ERP/MRP systems with accurate and up-to-date planning data.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align planning activities with business goals.
• Monitor and optimize machine utilization, workforce allocation, and production constraints.
• Comfortable handling changes in schedules, production priorities, and customer demands with a proactive approach.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
• In case of supplier issue the failures must be documented and reported
• Report the project status on timing, quality, and risk to Group Leader.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (industrial, mechanical, electrical) or other related field or equivalent education
