Production Planning and Control Engineer - ISGEC Titan - JV

Job description

• The candidate should have:
• Knowledge of Exotic Materials viz. Titanium, Tantalum, Hastelloy, Zirconium, Nickel Alloys, etc.
• Knowledge of manufacturing of Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Columns, Reactors, etc.

 Project Planning:

• Develop comprehensive project plans.
• Define the operational workflow and schedule activities at a micro level to ensure timely
• execution.

. Resource Management:

• Estimate manpower, resources, and time requirements for project activities.
• Ensure adherence to schedules through daily, weekly, and monthly progress monitoring

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to reduce cycle time, minimize costs, and enhance quality.
• Provide actionable insights to the manufacturing and inspection teams.

Vendor & Subcontractor Management:

• Manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure high-quality execution of processes such as fabrication, machining, forming, and heat treatment

Documentation & Procedures:

• Prepare essential manufacturing documents, including layout plans, fabrication procedures, and testing & inspection plans.

Cross-Departmental Coordination:

• Collaborate with various departments to resolve technical and commercial challenges
