Production Plan , procurement plan loading

• Ensure correct plan loading as per capacity tie-ups , discuss with material planning team and procurement planning team in case of any infeasbility
  
  

Monitor the health of the plan

• Daily monitoring of production volumes, monitoring the rate of production, resource utilization , priority volume fulfilment and raise the flags in advance , seek timely intervention from relevant stakeholders
  
  

Future plan readiness

• Discuss with stakeholders and provide them visibility on future production and procurement plans, ensure readiness and highlight issues
  
  

Maintain planning parameters

• Production planning executive to calculate and circulate planning parameters and KPIs at decided frequency and flag off the deviations
  
  

Systems, Reports, MIS

• Creation and maintenance of MIS reports relevant to planning function. Work with other planning members in stabilization and usage of planning systems
  
  

Build cross functional synergies with other teams

• Work with different stakeholders in ambiguous environment to create smooth interfaces with them.
