We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to support the manufacturing of high-quality wiring harness assemblies. The candidate will be responsible for performing assembly operations while maintaining company quality standards and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Perform wire cutting, stripping, crimping, and harness assembly as per technical drawings and work instructions.
- Operate basic production tools and assembly equipment.
- Ensure products meet quality control standards before dispatch.
- Conduct visual inspection of components and finished harness assemblies.
- Maintain production targets and follow supervisor instructions.
- Ensure proper labeling, bundling, and packaging of finished products.
- Follow company safety procedures and workplace discipline.
- Report production issues, defects, or machine problems to the supervisor.
Eligibility Criteria- Education: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma (preferred)
- Experience: 02 years in manufacturing / assembly / wiring harness (Freshers can apply)
- Basic knowledge of electrical assembly or manufacturing processes is an advantage.
