Key Responsibilities

• Operate SMT equipment (pick-and-place, reflow oven, printer, AOI)
• Set up machines per production schedules and work instructions
• Monitor operations, perform quality checks, and maintain production records
• Follow ESD protocols and EN 9100:2018 requirements
• Perform routine maintenance and report issues immediately
• Support 24/7 shift operations with clear handovers

Requirements

Education:ITI / Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical

Experience:1-3 years in SMT operations (defense/aerospace preferred)

Skills:

• Hands-on experience with SMT equipment
• Read technical drawings and BOMs
• Knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-A-610)
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred

• IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certification
• Experience with EN 9100 or NADCAP systems
• Odoo ERP familiarity
