Production & Operations Intern

We're hiring at Niṣhkalā

We're looking for a Production & Operations Intern to work closely with the founder and support the day-to-day operations of the brand.

Responsibilities include:

• Quality checking and measuring garments

• Coordinating with pattern makers, tailors and production partners

• Tracking production and alterations

• Managing inventory and basic website updates

• Packing and preparing customer and stockist orders

• Coordinating dispatches and day-to-day operations

• Basic work on Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop

We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, proactive and has an understanding of garment construction and measurements.

Location: Surat

Duration: 3–6 months
