Production Operations Coordinator

Project Planning and Execution:

o Make sure every project is planned in PDS (Production and Delivery System) and

executed accordingly by all departments.

o Oversee the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects in

Netsuite.

o Highlight and flag risk items and escalate to appropriate teams on time.

o Resolve Design and Engineering issues by coordinating across functional

teams/suppliers.

Stakeholder Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure

effective collaboration and communication.

o Act as the primary point of contact for PDS issues and concerns, ensuring that

stakeholder expectations are met and managed effectively.

o Communicate project progress, challenges, and risks to senior management and

stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights.

Data Collection and Analysis:

o Maintain periodic data on key metrics and share weekly/monthly reports to

management

o Analyze data for gaps and present potential improvements

o Create and maintain performance dashboards for management review and

reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration,

Engineering, or a related field (master's degree preferred).

• 3+ years of experience in Data heavy roles, with data analysing and reporting

responsibilities

• Experience of working in a fast-paced cross functional requirement

• Experience with ERP Systems preferred (Oracle Netsuite)

• Proficiency in MS excel and MS PowerPoint
