Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for tablets granulation, compression, coating and packing department.
- To execute production activities in a shift by managing available resources to achieve production target.
- To maintain standard process parameters as per BMR's and other supporting documents for achieving production target and maintaining quality.
- Prepare of Master Documents, BMR & BPR.
- To ensure and maintain cGMP in the Plant.
- To ensure and verify Raw materials dispensing, Calibration of weighing balance
- To check cleaning activities as per type of change over,
- To check the product parameters as per BMR specification, Preparation of BMR, Protocol, Amendment & Addendum
- To initiate the change control
- To review protocol
Experience : 1 to 6 years
