Job Description

Oversee production processes to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet regulatory standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve productivity.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) or equivalent.
Proven experience in production operations within the pharma industry.
Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
