Hiring: Production Merchant – Lucknow

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Merchant to join our team in Lucknow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Delhi production team through regular on-ground visits to vendors and manufacturing units

• Ensure accuracy and timely updates of T&A calendars across all running orders

• Coordinate closely with HQ teams to ensure smooth execution and timely approvals

• Highlight production risks, delays, and critical alerts proactively to relevant stakeholders

• Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions

• Coordinate inspections, quality approvals, and shipment readiness

• Maintain production trackers and order status reports with high accuracy

• Ensure timelines, quality standards, and commercial objectives are consistently achieved

Requirements:

• 2–6 years of experience in garment/apparel merchandising or production merchandising

• Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes and production workflows

• Excellent follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Excel and production tracking systems

• Ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines simultaneously

• Experience in women's ethnic wear/apparel manufacturing will be preferred
